Facilities Maintenance Manager of Six Properties

Responsibilities Will Include But Not Be Limited To

The Facilities Maintenance Manager is responsible for general maintenance and landscaping across six of Advantage Equipment’s properties. In addition, the Facilities Maintenance Manager is responsible for the fulfillment and replenishment of various vending
machines across various laundromat locations. This role will also be responsible for ordering and picking up supplies from Sam’s Club and other wholesalers to distribute accordingly. This is not a desk job; candidates must be highly motivated and mobile.

This representative is responsible for the following:

  • Actively managing the overall cleanliness and curb appeal for four Laundry Time location - This includes general landscaping like; mowing, weed whacking, trimming bushes, mulching, planting flowers, and other tasks

  • Communicate with laundromat managers to adequately provide needed service and maintenance work

  • Report directly to the District Manager for daily tasks at the properties 

  • Actively managing the inventory levels for four laundromat locations

  • Stocking and ordering of product in a timely fashion

  • Ensures that the properties are in a superb condition at all time - Property maintenance includes tasks like; painting, repairing broken floor tiles, fixing dry wall, detail cleaning, changing of lightbulbs and filters, and other tasks

  • This role reports directly to the District Manager for daily tasks


  • Valid U.S. Driver’s license with clean driving record is mandatory

  • Must be able to comfortably lift 50 lbs. 

  • Must be report to Advantage Equipment, Inc. at 6:45AM throughout the week to report to District Manager

  • Key characteristics needed; integrity, interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, planning and executing skills, punctuality

  • Prior handyman and landscaping experience is required

  • Willing and able to submit for a drug test
