Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, team leader/team player for the role of Director of Marketing for Rudolph Libbe Group in Walbridge, OH.  The Director of Marketing is primarily responsible for partnering with business development, strategy, and other departments throughout the organization to develop and implement marketing plans to increase the awareness, consideration, endorsement,
and customer perception of the Rudolph Libbe Group and our offerings. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Business Development and Strategy teams to lead the development and implementation of annual strategic marketing plans
  • for the Rudolph Libbe Group
  • Oversee design, production, and distribution of marketing materials (print, digital, and video), ensuring a consistent brand voice and measuring effectiveness of our marketing investments
  • Manage and maintain brand standards, ensuring consistent use throughout the company
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors for content and campaign generation when appropriate 
  • Capture stories from current customers/projects and convert them into content that is useful for future customer retention, acquisition and expansion
  • Capture customer experience and insights from existing customer projects and offerings to share internally for improvement opportunities
  • Develop value propositions for delivery methods and specialized offerings and create methods to communicate them to customers
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, such as Human Resources, Safety, IT, for their marketing needs, such as recruitment fairs and internal associate communications
  • Oversee customer focused events, including conferences, webinars, ground breakings, and ribbon cuttings
  • Conduct primary and secondary market research as needed to support Business Development and Strategy Teams
  • Develop and manage annual marketing budget
  • Occasional travel to satellite offices and customer locations

Education/Experience:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead content creation for customer acquisition and retention
  • Experience utilizing social media and search engine optimization to drive awareness and consideration
  • Experience with accessing data from CRMs; experience with Unanet (formerly Cosential) is a plus
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with systems used to manage Marketing Department requests as well as digital assets
  • Knowledge of internal/external data sources that can be leveraged to make more informed marketing decisions
  • 5+ years of successfully leading a marketing team with multiple B2B services; experience in construction is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline with 10+ years of professional marketing experience
