Office Assistant Needed
Northstar Contracting is looking for a full-time general office assistant. We have an immediate need for a well-organized team player that can handle all aspects of day-to-day construction office operations. They should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to multi-task and be ready to tackle any task.
Our office is fun and fast paced. Office is in the east side of Cleveland. Casual work environment.
– assist in processing weekly in-house payroll for 30-50 field workers, submit
weekly certified payroll records to contractors, complete workforce compliance reports.
·New Hire setups – gather required documents from new construction employees and enter
into the payroll system.
·Project setups - contract administration and set up of new projects, acquire project
·Data entry into the construction accounting software
· Perform general office assistant functions such as answering phones, greet visitors,
filing and other daily office needs.
·Process account receivables such as AIA forms or invoices – monthly pay applications
·Excellent computer skills including email, Excel & Word
·Foundation software experience would be beneficial.

Our office is a Drug Free Workplace. Pre-employment drug testing is required.
·Pay: $45,000-$50,000 annual
·Monday to Friday
